Service Guarantee

TraiStar® guarantees to satisfy its customers by offering any dissatisfied customer 100% of the price paid on live astrological services or computer report involving chart erection, analysis, delineation and consultation, seminars and entertainment within 14 days of purchase. The guarantee does not include products or services manufactured or provided, respectively, by third parties.

Product Return Policy

TraiStar® has a thirty-day return policy for its product merchandise: If you are not satisfied with any merchandise purchased from TraiStar® , return the product in its entirety, or unused portion of any consumable product, along with the package within thirty days from receipt of merchandise. TraiStar® will credit your credit card or refund your payment by check for the price you paid for the product's, minus any shipping or handling fees previously charged. Please enclose a copy of the receipt from your order.

Privacy Policy

TraiStar® respects your right to privacy. Information that you share with us at the time of sale, e.g. names, address, email address, and credit card number, is used in order to process your order. Customer lists are not sold or distributed to third parties. During purchases, the total purchase price and credit card information provided by the customer is supplied to third party payment processors through secure and encrypted methods provided by the processor for accounting and billing purposes only. 

TraiStar® may maintain subscription mailing lists that you can opt in, prior to during or subsequent to any purchases. These lists may be used by TraiStar® to provide you with subscribed information or newsletters, promotional information on its products or services, or other information that may be relevant based on your interests. You can request to have your name and email address deleted from any future mailings by replying to any email or by contacting TraiStar® directly by email, mail or telephone. TraiStar® may at any time update its privacy policy.
